Chidori (translated into "One Thosand Birds") is a ranged attack from the Naruto series. It is basicaly pooling in your energy and transmuting it into lighting, and striking your opponent with it.This attack was first used by Zach while in Hyper Training. Later in the spar Ed was able to duplicate the teqnique against Zach after seeing it only be used once.
Usage[]
This technique channels a large amount of lightnng energy to the user's hand.The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal. This technique is classified in the Naruto series as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces.
When used against Edd's Rasengan, Zachs Chidori proved equal to the Rasengan.
It has been proven that it can be charged for long periods of time, as Zach did so in Episode 29, resulting in cutting a hole in Mecha Shadow's chest and nearly completly destroyin his power core.
